how the bookmarks relay works:

• each member gets a separate relay where they can save events they want to bookmark
• it works for events from other people, that's the idea of bookmarking
• the same relay URL will behave differently depending on who access it, authentication is required
• the /all subpath aggregates all members' bookmarks for others to see (access can be public or restricted)
